- Weekly rates are $870 / week (If you stay 6 nights, you get the 7th night free!)
- Plus a $75 mandatory non-refundable cleaning fee and 1% State tax
- 2 night minimum on Weekends

- Nightly rates are $125 / night
- Weekly rates are $750 / week (If you stay 6 nights, you get the 7th night free!)
- Plus a $75 mandatory non-refundable cleaning fee and 1% State tax
- 2 night minimum on Weekends
BOTH THE UPSTAIRS and THE DOWNSTAIRS Rental Rates: (Sleeps up to 16 Guests)
